"The old growth hike was a fabulous event and one worthy of repeating. Others interested in the park will appreciate this opportunity...not only to visit the site but to do so accompanied by such a knowledgeable and engaging leader"

Discovery Hike Series

Forest Park comes alive with birds and their chorus of songs each spring. This is the prime time for migration so you never know what may be flying through.  Not sure what that is singing from the treetop, this hike will help you to name some of the birds found of Forest Park by song or sight. Join naturalist Amanda Darlak for this unique opportunity to learn more about the birds of Forest Park.
